FLIGHT TRAINING & TESTING
Oberon Aviation offers flight training from a recreational licence, through to advanced flight training, including Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating (MECIR). Our experienced Instructors have a broad industry background and a wealth of knowledge, and are keen to see you achieve you goals.
The first step to becoming a Pilot is to complete your Recreational Pilot Licence.
When you have successfully completed your RPL, you will be able to fly as the pilot in command of light, single engine aircraft without supervision and with one passenger in the training areas around Albury Wodonga.
Contact us below to learn about our trial introductory flights.
The second step to becoming an unrestricted pilot is to complete your Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
When you have successful completed your PPL, you will be able to spread your wings and fly as the pilot in command of light, single engine aircraft throughout Australia during the day, carrying passengers, during acceptable weather conditions.
The Last step to becoming a Commercial Pilot is to complete your Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
When you have successful completed your CPL, you will be able to fly during the day, in Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC) for hire and reward, starting what will hopefully be a long and rewarding career in aviation.
Oberon Aviation is now offering Cessna Grand Caravan Courses.
You’ll have access to remote bush strips, with experienced Caravan Pilots, supported by our in depth Ground School.
If you are passionate for flying and love to share your passion, knowledge, and experience, then you might have what it takes to be a Flight Instructor.
Instructing is more than a skill; it is sharing the gift of flight with your students and being rewarded as they achieve their goals.
You can further your aviation career by completing an Instrument rating, allowing you to fly safely from A to B, in almost any weather conditions.
Oberon Aviation can also provide training in a number of specialised areas from Multi Engine Class Ratings, Low Level Ratings, Cessna 208B flight reviews and many more
Oberon Aviation provides training services incorporating the Redbird FMX motion flight simulator.
